• visit onmion.com, maasoffline.com, or any sub-domain we operate (collectively, the “Site”);
• use our web or mobile applications, including the MAAS work-order platform (the “Services”); or
• interact with us via SMS, email, phone, or other channels.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Identifiers – name, postal address, email, phone number, login credentials (provided by you).
Work-order data – job ID, meter readings, location metadata (provided by you or your employer).
Usage data – IP address, browser type, device IDs, referring pages, timestamps (collected automatically).
Cookies and similar technologies – session cookies, analytics tags (collected automatically).
In-app content – photos of meter displays, notes, file attachments (provided by you).
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
• Deliver, maintain, and improve the Services, including real-time work-order updates.
• Send transactional communications (SMS or email) such as “A new work order has been assigned to you.”
• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
• Monitor, audit, and enhance security, performance, and usability.
• Conduct analytics, debugging, and fraud prevention.
• Comply with legal, regulatory, or carrier requirements.
4. SMS TEXT MESSAGING
Enrollment Methods: keyword text, verbal consent, signed form, or when you text us first.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel.
Help: Reply HELP or contact support@onmion.com or +1 800-555-1234.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
We do NOT sell personal information. We share only as necessary:
• Service providers – cloud hosting, SMS delivery (e.g., Vonage), analytics, payment processing.
• Your employer or organization – work-order status and performance metrics.
• Regulators, carriers, or law enforcement – to comply with law or enforce our rights.
• Business transfers – in merger, acquisition, or asset sale (information remains protected).
6. COOKIES AND TRACKING
We use first- and third-party cookies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and measure traffic. Most browsers let you delete or block cookies, but doing so may impair certain features.
7. DATA RETENTION
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes in Section 3 or as legally required (e.g., seven years for accounting records). SMS opt-out logs are retained a minimum of five years for carrier audits.
8. SECURITY
We employ TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 at rest, least-privilege access controls, and routine penetration testing. While no internet transmission is perfectly secure, we apply safeguards aligned with NIST SP 800-53 and ISO 27001.
9. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to request data portability. Submit requests to privacy@onmion.com; we respond within 30 days.
10. DO NOT TRACK
Our Sites do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals. We honor the opt-out mechanisms described in Section 4 instead.
11. CHANGES
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” will change; material changes will be announced on the Site or via email.
